Go See Kyle at Open Data Science Conference
Oh man, I just learned Kyle Kelley is gonna speak at Open Data Science Conference.
I met Kyle at PyTennesse and then ran into him again at PyCon.
You should definitely go hear his talk!

Kareem-y Brunch
Last weekend, we gathered at Kareem‘s for brunch.
Kareem made us delicious meals of potato salad, baked eggs, and bacon, followed by pie for dessert.
We took some silly instagram photos and talked a lot about SASS and Unix.
It was a lot of fun hangin’ with everyone 🙂
Hangin’ with Jay
I went to the Emacs NYC Meetup and meet up with Jay.
He gave an impromptu lecture on how the theory of relational databases connected with quantum physics.
Man, it’s so great talkin’ with him.

LL, Queen of Squash
On Friday we went to watch LL play in a squash tournament.
We brought posters of Dylan, her family pet, for cheering.
LL smoked the competition.
Although she may deny it, I think the Dylan posters provided invaluable support. 😛
Hot Pot
A bunch of olde friends and I went for hot pot Saturday evening. It’s been so long since I’ve seen some of them.
Nothing better on a cold night than eating together with awesome people.

Best Jeff’s Birthday
I’ve always wanted to try watermelon soju. I finally got the chance last night when we had a spontaneously outing for jefflo‘s birthday.
It was delicious!
I think everyone had a great time, especially jefflo.
Anberlin, The Final Tour
Last Thursday, I went to see Anberlin with Chris and his friends.
I hadn’t listened to them in a while, so hearing their songs again brought back all sorts of memories.
