Gimp and I are on the outs right now.
I’m on a laptop with a version of Gimp that doesn’t play nicely with my tablet. Every stroke is a struggle.
I’m this close to getting some real paint and giving up digital.
On the plus side, there are some pretty sweet spots around Kisumu that would make fine speed paintings.
In the spirit of posting doodles, I made this when I worked with Alex on Cas9 projects.
I went to Filoli for a work outing. In the gardens, we were suppose to paint yellow tulips under crisp blue skies.

Here’s a fanart of Anna from the new Fire Emblem iOS game.
I haven’t really drawn fanart like this since a time in my youth, when I was obsessed with Nintendo.
This doodle was inspired by a need to do something more productive/theraputic than iOS games.
Perhaps there’ll be more.
It rained in California last weekend.
It was surprising and delightful, and inspired me to doodle.
