Team Outing: Tiwi Beach

During the train ride from Nairobi to Mombasa, we went through Tsavo where we saw a herd of elephants by a watering hole.

At Mombasa stations, we took another ride to Tiwi Beach.

At Tiwi Beach, there was the largest praying mantis I’ve ever seen.

There were also lots of vervet monkeys stealing coconuts from the cooks.

At night, hundreds of tiny crabs scurried on the sand.

The animal sightings continue!
