Ramen Lab was tasty

Tonight, I hit up Ramen Lab, a newly opened ramen bar.

The night was cold, the wait was long, but the ramen was delicious!

Its XO miso ramen dethroned the hozon ramen from momofuku noodle bar as my favorite vegetarian ramen in the city.

Its flavors reminded me of childhood comfort foods.

I’ll be sure to visit again.
